സ്വർണ്ണകള്ളക്കടത്ത് കേസിൽ സ്വപ്ന സുരേഷിന്റെ ജാമ്യാപേക്ഷയുമായി ബന്ധപ്പെട്ട് NIA കോടതി നടത്തിയ നിരീക്ഷണങ്ങളാണ് ഇവിടെക്കൊടുത്തിരിക്കുന്നത്. ചില മാധ്യമങ്ങളുടെ ഭാവനാ വാർത്തകൾ പോലെ ഒന്നും തന്നെ ആ റിപ്പോർട്ടിൽ കാണുവാനും സാധിച്ചില്ല. എന്നാൽ, കേരള മുഖ്യമന്ത്രി പ്രധാനമന്ത്രിക്ക് അയച്ച കത്തിനെ പ്രശംസിക്കുന്നുമുണ്ട് [Point No:12]. അതോടൊപ്പം തന്നെ, നമ്മുടെ സ്വന്തം കേന്ദ്ര മന്ത്രി നിരന്തരം വിളിച്ചു പറഞ്ഞു കൊണ്ടിരുന്ന നുണയും പൊളിച്ചടുക്കിയിട്ടുണ്ട് [Point No: 02]
This is the order passed by special court NIA on the bail application filed by the petitioner swapna suresh. Nowhere in their argument the public Prosecutor for NIA or Add solicitor general made any negative remarks on state of kerala or Honble CM, but on the other hand they pointed out a letter sent by CM as a relevant ground to oppose the bail application. More over the hon'ble court in its judgment only considered the submission of NIA prosecutor and dismissed the bail application on the ground that the act of the petitioner come under the perview of economic terrorism.
