Mumbai serial blasts mastermind Dawood Ibrahim may be hiding
in Pakistan for decades, but he still maintains strong personal links with
politicians and top policemen across Maharashtra. This became evident once
again when a top Maharashtra government minister, MLAs and some policemen
attended the wedding reception of the fugitive underworld don's niece in
Nashik.
Maharashtra’s BJP leader and medical education minister Girish
Mahajan, known to be a trusted aide of chief minister Devendra
Fadnavis, and ten police officers found themselves embroiled in a
controversy on Wednesday for attending the marriage of a relative of fugitive
gangster Dawood
Ibrahim in Nashik on May 19, 2017.
Besides Mahajan, others who attended the wedding were ten top
policemen from the area, BJP legislators Devyani Farande, Balasaheb Sanap and

Kerala: Fake Note Printing at BJP leader’s house
Police on Thursday (22-June-2017) recovered fake notes and a
currency-minting machine from the house of two BJP leaders — both brothers — in
Thrissur district. Police arrested one of the brothers, while the other managed
to flee during the raid.
Police said fake currency in the denominations of Rs 500, Rs
2,000, Rs 100 and Rs 50 worth Rs 1.37 lakh were seized from the house of BJP
leaders Eracheri Rajesh and his brother Rakesh, both hailing from Mathilakam in
Thrissur district.
The interesting point is Rakesh has also been featured on an
anti-black money campaign poster by BJP state unit in Kerala.
Above, we mentioned *only* few incidents done by the
"real nationalists” of this country; will try to include more in this post
later.
